I just got a new computer with Windows Vista on it. I do not see any
Palm Desktop for this. Only Win XP.
Any idea if I should install the XP version on the Vista computer?
It looks like EXE. and Docs 2 Go are also not supported yet. Any news
or workarounds for this? I'd hate to loose all my Docs on the first
Hot Sync.
Finally, when syncing for the first time, should I have the PDA
overwrite the desktop, so as to not have a new desktop overwrite my
stuff on the T/3?

I think it won't be necessary to set the syncing to overwrite the desktop since by default the sync means for all the record from PDA will be copied to PC and the record from PC will be copied to PDA too.
